House, now shop and offices. Early/mid C19, altered c1980. Limestone ashlar with truncated end stacks and slate hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. A symmetrical front has shop front with late C20 glazing bars and an ashlar plinth that curves in to a central recessed doorway; plain eaves band. Central first-floor window blocked, others have 8/8-pane and second-floor 4/8-pane sashes with thin bars. INTERIOR completely remodelled late C20.
