Description

This is an early to mid-19th century house, subsequently used as a shop. It is constructed of limestone ashlar with brick gable stacks and a slate roof. The building follows a single-depth plan. The front elevation has a parapet with a plain band. It features a central round-arched doorway with a 20th-century door and plate-glass fanlight, a segmental-arched right-hand carriage entrance with double doors, and a late 19th-century shop front to the left, incorporating a large 3/3-pane sash window. There are 8/8-pane sashes on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
