Description
No. 3 Princess Victoria Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It dates from the early 19th century and is built of limestone ashlar with party wall stacks, although the roof is not visible. The building has a double-depth plan and is designed in a late Georgian style. It features three storeys and a three-window range. The shop front is from the 20th century, with a 20th-century doorway to the right. The upper section includes pilasters leading to a cornice and parapet, along with 6/6-pane sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. This building was formerly part of a larger terrace.
