Shop. Late C19. Limestone ashlar and cast-iron. Single-depth plan. Single-storey; 1-window range. In 4 sections with outer panelled pilasters, divided by moulded consoles to a modillion cornice with a swan's neck pediment over the door. Plate-glass windows below paired semicircular arches, with barleysugar cast-iron stanchions flanking a central doorway with a good fanlight and lantern and panelled soffit. INTERIOR not inspected. A decorative shop front perhaps incorporating an earlier cornice and pediment.
