Description

Gable Cottage is a house from the 17th century that was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed of rough rendered stone and features a stone tiled roof with end wall stacks. The building has one-and-a-half storeys and a double fronted design. It includes renewed 2-light ovolo-moulded mullion windows with hoodmoulds and iron opening lights. There are two dormer gables and a window on each side of a central plain flush doorcase, with leaded lights. A rear wing is located on the left side, featuring an end wall stack and an ovolo-moulded first floor window with a hoodmould, along with a small central gable that has a first floor window and hoodmould. To the right, there is a 20th-century gabled extension.
