C18 or early C19, originally 3 cottages (Nos 344-348 even) with 2 roofs of different heights. 2 storeys, painted brick, dentil label over ground floor. 2 ranges of glazing bar sashes to left, flanked on ground floor by 2 light casements; 1 range of 2 light casements to right. The right hand part has plain doorway with 4 panel door and modern lean-to porch. Machine tiled roof, 2 brick chimneys. The right hand part has coped verges.

Church of St John, St John's Church School and Hall and No 344 form a group.
