Description
No 344 on Frome Road is a building from the 18th century or early 19th century, originally consisting of three cottages (Nos 344-348). It features two roofs of different heights and stands two storeys tall, constructed of painted brick. There is a dentil label over the ground floor. On the left side, there are two ranges of glazing bar sash windows, which are flanked on the ground floor by two light casement windows. To the right, there is one range of two light casement windows. The right-hand part of the building has a plain doorway with a four-panel door and a modern lean-to porch. The roof is machine tiled, and there are two brick chimneys. The right-hand section also has coped verges. No 344, along with the Church of St John and St John's Church School and Hall, forms a group.
