Description

The wall and gate piers to Hans Farmhouse date from around 1700 and are constructed of ashlar stone. They consist of two rusticated stone piers topped with moulded caps that support stone finials. Each pier features stone plinths and scrolled brackets on the sides. A coped wall rises to the top of the piers, extending across the width of the main range of the house.
