Diaper brick, C20 slated roof, 1 flat-roofed dormer to rear. 2-room deep plan with central through stair hallway. Stacks on central dividing wall. Facade rendered, 12-pane sashes, central door. Interior: flagged kitchen. Garden wall has date 1786 inscribed.
