Description

This is a house dating to around 1835. It is constructed of brick with a stone plinth, a projecting stone band, and quoins. The roof is tiled with gable stacks. The house has a three-bay central hall flanked by reception rooms. A stairwell is located in a rear annex. The central entrance door is glazed with a simple canopy supported by brackets. The windows are 16-pane sashes with rendered lintels. This building has group value, contributing to the character of the surrounding area.
