Description

No 36 is a house that has been converted into a supermarket. It dates from the early 19th century and is built of painted brick with a stone slate roof and two hipped dormers. There is a gable stack, and the building is two storeys high. The ground floor features a recent shopfront. A plat band and brick quoins are present, while the first floor has three 4-pane sash windows with arched heads. The eaves are decorated with brick dentils.
