Description

No 4 is a detached house located on Slab Lane, dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick with vitrified headers and features a tiled hipped roof with brick stacks. The gable end faces the road and is positioned at right angles to it. The house has two storeys and three windows on the front. There is a 20th-century door to the right, with a 25-pane sash window on either side and a 2-light casement window to the left. On the first floor, there are three flush 25-pane sash windows. The right side of the house has no windows. At the rear, there is an outshut with a single leaded casement window, and the first floor has a 2-light casement window. The interior has not been inspected.
