Description

Well House is a detached house dating from the early 18th century. It features a timber frame, a thatched roof, and a brick stack, arranged in an L-plan. The entrance is positioned at right angles to the road. The house is two stories high with two windows on the front. There are two 20th-century glazed doors, a 2-light casement window to the left, and a 20th-century casement window to the right. The front also has two eyebrow dormers, each with 2-light casements. The right side of the house, which faces the road, has a gable end with two 2-light casements on the ground floor and one 2-light casement on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
