Description

This is a late 18th-century building on Bridewell Street. It is two storeys high and constructed with brick on a stone plinth, topped by a slate roof. The front has two windows, each with four panes, and a centrally placed false window on the first floor. The ground floor has two matching windows and a central six-panel door set within an arched recess. Above the doorway is a false fanlight within a tympanum. Nos. 23 to 31 on Bridewell Street form a group.
