Description

This is a late 18th-century building comprising two properties, Nos. 15 and 16, located on the north side of Bagdale. The structure is built of brick and extends over two storeys with a basement. The roof is covered with pantiles. The front facade features four windows, each a double-hung sash with a keystone, along with a sill band and a band to the ground floor. A plinth band is also present. A late 19th-century canted bay window with a modillion cornice is integrated into the ground floor of No. 16. The central entrance features paired six-fielded doors, topped with rectangular fanlights, and leads up curved steps. The right side of the building has a parapet with a built-up cornice and two gabled dormers. Nos. 12 to 27 (consec), along with the walls to No. 24, form a group.
