Description

The Old Red House is a mid to late 18th century building located on the north side of Bagdale. It features two storeys and a basement, constructed from brick. The building has a parapet with a moulded capping and is topped with Roman tiles. There is one flat-topped dormer and five windows, each with stone flat arches and double-hung sashes that include glazing bars. A modern central glazed porch with steps and iron rails has been added to the entrance. The Old Red House is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 27, as well as the walls to No 24.
