Description

Thistle Bank is a late 18th-century building located at No 19 Bagdale. It has two storeys and a basement, featuring five sash windows. There is a cill band at the ground floor and a window head band with keystones at the basement. The building is topped with a Gothic dentilled cornice and a parapet, and it has grey roof slabs. The central entrance is highlighted by an open pedimented door with a semi-circular fanlight and pilasters, and it is accessed by double stone steps with S-shaped balusters. Thistle Bank is part of a group that includes Nos 12 to 27 Bagdale and the walls to No 24.
