Description

Chisbury Manor Farmhouse is a mid-18th century brick farmhouse with a tiled roof. It has a two-storey, three-by-four bay rear wing. The central entrance is a half-glazed door with a canopy supported by brackets. The ground floor has tripartite sash windows, while the side elevation features 16-pane sashes and the first floor has 6-pane sashes, all with gauged brick lintels. The eaves are detailed with brick dentilwork. The roof is hipped with three flat-roofed dormers, and there are four chimney stacks on the side elevation. This building is of group value from its contribution to the character of the area.
