Marked on O.S. as Chiverling's Farm. Farmhouse, mid C18 on earlier core, rubble stone, rough rendered with stone-tiled roof and ashlar corniced end wall stacks. 2 storey, 4 window range. 4 first floor 12-pane sashes in raised moulded stone surrounds, one with replaced lintel. Ground floor door set in ashlar pedimented projecting porch, both with moulded doorcases similar to upper window mouldings. To left 3-light chamfered flush stone-mullion window, to right, two 2-light cyma- moulded flush stone-mullion windows. Central projecting rear wing with 2 moulded window surrounds, one with sash, one blocked and lean-to additions each side.
