Farmhouse. Mid C18, rear wing mid C19. English garden wall bond brick, tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey and attic, 3-windowed; casements. Half-glazed door with flat wooden hood to left of centre, to left is 2-light casement with flat arch with keystone, to right are two 2-light casements with flat arches and keystones and blocked doorway. First floor has three 3-light leaded casements. Attic has three flat-headed dormers with 2-light leaded casements. Left return is dressed limestone with C20 sash with stained glass, coped verge. Attached to right is former dairy, now kitchen with C20 casements. To rear is half-glazed door, 16-pane flush sash to left, rear wing has 6-panelled door with transom light, 12-pane sashes and plat band, rear of wing has plate glass sashes, hipped Welsh slate roof. Interior has flagstone floors, 6-panelled doors, chamfered beams, open fireplaces with cambered timber lintels on brick jambs.
