This is a detached cottage located to the east of Wylye Place, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of cob on rubble stone footings and features a hipped thatched roof with a brick stack at the apex. The cottage has a square plan and is a single storey high. The west side includes a 20th-century glazed door and a casement window, while the south side has a blocked doorway with an inserted two-light casement and a three-light casement to the right. The east side has two two-light casements topped with plaster 'pediments'. The interior was not accessible during the survey in September 1985.
