Description

This is a group of three cottages located at 111-115 Dolphin Street, dating from the later 18th century. The cottages are stucco-faced and have gable ends with old tile roofs.

Number 111 has two flush architrave-framed sash windows on each floor, with an altered front door. Number 113 features a casement window on the first floor and a glazed front door within an architrave case on the ground floor. The remains of a small shop window with a cornice are also visible. Number 115 has two renewed casement windows on the first floor, a glazing bar sash window on the ground floor featuring a figured keystone, and a pilaster-framed doorway.

Numbers 109 to 119 (odd numbers) are considered to form a group with number 53 St Anne's Street.
