Description

Mill Cottage is a cottage from the late 18th century, constructed of brick laced flint and part roughcast, topped with a thatched roof. It is a single-storey building with an attic, featuring two bays. The entrance is now located in a 20th-century lean-to on the south gable, which has replaced the original lobby entry that was opposite the gable stack at the north end. The cottage has 19th-century paned timber windows set in segmental-headed openings and includes one flush dormer. The roof is half hipped to the south, and there is a rebuilt stack on the north gable. Additionally, there is a 20th-century half bay extension at the north end.
