Description
Nine Mile Cottage is a cottage dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of flint with brick dressings, featuring dispersed brick in flint on the right gable, and has a thatched roof. The building is single storey with an attic and consists of two bays, with a central hallway. There is a 20th-century extension beyond the left gable stack and a rear outshut added around 1970. The central entrance has a half-glazed door set in an open timber porch. The ground floor has paned casement windows with half brick segmental arches. There are two flush dormers, and the roof is hipped over the later left extension. A gable stack is located on the right side.
