Description

The Polhill Monument is a chest tomb located in the north-west corner of the churchyard of the Church of St Mary. It dates from the 18th century and is made of limestone. The tomb features a moulded table and base, with recessed corner balusters. The side panels display large fielded oval panels that are surrounded by sprays of foliage.
