Description

Bethany is a 17th-century cottage located on the north side of Little Lane in Durrington. It features a timber frame with brick noggings, a brick facade, and a roughcasted west gable. The cottage has a thatched roof and is single storey with an attic, raised at the front to two storeys. It consists of two bays, with an off-centre entrance leading to the original main living room and an inner room to the right. There is a thatched glazed porch and timber paned casement windows. The gables have framing that is two panels high with corner braces. A stack is located on the left gable, and there is an extension added to the rear.
