9/15 Barn at Bushton Farm

Farm barn, C16-C17. Timber framed, brick gable, corrugated iron cladding replacing weatherboarding. Iron roof. 5½ bays. Heavy square framing 2 panels high on brick sills. Jowelled posts with straight corner braces. Double queen strut roof trusses with clasped purlins, all marked up. Added two storey cartshed at north end. Farmhouse demolished c1956.
