Description

THE PARADE 1. 5407 (South Side) No 20 (Katharine House) SU 1969 1/101 18.7.49. II 2. Former tarpaulin and rope works. Established 250 years. C17. 2 storey and attic. Painted brick on ground floor, tile hung, with shaped tiles, on upper part. Two gables over left hand half of front. Old tile roof. Each gable has one 2-light leaded casement. 4 tall similar 3-light casements on 1st floor. On ground floor 3 C18 sash windows and 2 tall 2-light C17 casements at right hand. Plain door under flat hood on cut brackets in centre. Later door to right hand of centre (former window). West gable end tile hung.
