Description

13, The Parade is an 18th-century building. It is constructed of chequer brick, with the ground floor rendered. The roof is pitched, covered in old tiles, and features a tall brick stack. The building is two storeys high with attics. A brick modillion eaves cornice runs along the top. The ground floor has been modernised. The first floor has two sash windows with glazing bars. There is a 19th-century attic dormer window.
