Description
1, Kennet Place is an 18th-century building constructed of whitewashed brick, with an old tile roof and a brick stack. It is one storey high with attics. The front elevation has a range of casement windows with glazing bars. To the side are three segment-headed casements, also with glazing bars, a modern door, and an attic dormer with tile-hung cheeks and casement windows with glazing bars. The building forms a group with numbers 1 to 9, Kennet Place.
