Description

A group of three cottages dated to the late 18th century. They are constructed of squared rubble stone with a double Roman tiled roof, incorporating coped verges and brick stacks. The cottages are two storeys and have an attic, with a three-window front. Each cottage has a door set within a chamfered stone case, surmounted by a flat stone hood supported on brackets. The windows are cyma-mullioned, with casements; the ground floor windows are two- and three-light, while the first floor has two three-light and one two-light examples. A plat band runs along the first floor. There are three gabled dormers, each with a casement window.
