Description
No. 44 in Water Ditchampton is a mid-18th century building that has been altered. It stands two storeys high and features red brick and ashlar chequerwork on the first floor, while the ground floor is made of rubble and flint. The roof is covered with old tiles, and there is a gable end chimney on the right side. The building has three windows on the first floor and two on the ground floor, with all being casements except for one window on the ground floor to the right. There is a blocked gable light on the left side. To the left, there is a two-storey lower wing made of brick and rubble, with the first floor being timber-framed with thin scantling. This wing has two windows and a blocked door on the ground floor.
