Description

This is a detached house located on Church Street, dating from the late 18th century. It is rendered with stone sills and keystones, and has a gabled roof covered in stone slate, with two stone chimney stacks. The house is arranged in an L-shape and has a west front with four windows. The windows are mostly 16-pane sashes, except for a fixed light window on the ground floor to the right, and a blocked window on the upper floor, third from the left. All windows have raised keystones. The doorway is offset to the right and has a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a six-panel door. The house occupies a prominent position at the entrance to the village.
