Description

Milestone at Dewey's Water Crossroads is a milestone dating from the 18th century and early 19th century. It is a gabled rectangular stone featuring a bench mark on the right side. An iron plate is attached to the front, which has a gabled top and reads "SARUM 20." The triangular lower section includes inscriptions, with "N LAVINGT 2" on the left and "DEVIZES 4" on the right.
