Shop with flat above. Early/mid C19. Limestone ashlar, shallow-pitched slate roof with a truncated brick stack to the right gable end. Double-depth plan. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; 2-window range. 4/8-pane sash windows to the 2nd floor, 8/8-pane sashes to the 1st floor, C20 shop window to the right, two C20 doors to the left in plain openings. Plinth and platbands between floors. INTERIOR: not inspected.
