Description

29 The Causeway is a shop with a flat above, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of limestone ashlar and features a shallow-pitched slate roof with a truncated brick stack at the right gable end. The building has a double-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The second floor has 4/8-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 8/8-pane sashes. To the right, there is a 20th-century shop window, and to the left, there are two 20th-century doors in plain openings. The exterior also includes a plinth and platbands between the floors. The interior has not been inspected.
