Description

Wrens Cottage is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a thatched roof with a hip to the right and gable-end brick stacks. The building is two stories high and has two windows. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door set within a glazed 20th-century porch. On either side of the door, there are three-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows. The first floor also has two three-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows. The left side of the cottage has one square light in the attic and a coped verge. At the rear, there is an outshut and a 20th-century extension. The interior has not been inspected.
