Description
Foley's is a detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of painted rubble stone and features a thatched roof with gable end brick stacks. The building has an L-plan layout and is two storeys high with three windows. The central entrance consists of a single planked door set within a trellised canopied porch, flanked by two-light casements that have segmental brick arched heads. On the first floor, there are two additional two-light casements. The right side of the cottage has an external brick stack. At the rear, there are two-light casements, and a rear wing built in the early 20th century with cavity brick walling and a hipped thatched roof. The interior was not accessible at the time of the survey.
