Description

Jasmine Cottage is a semi-detached cottage dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of rubble stone and features a pantiled roof with a coped gable and a brick stack on the right side. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows. There is a four-panelled door located to the left of centre, with a 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned window to the left and a 3-light window to the right. On the first floor, there are two 3-light leaded casements, and the left part of the first floor is lightly timber-framed. The right return of the cottage has a shuttered window in the attic. The rear of the building includes a 20th-century extension. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in March 1985.
