Description

Nuthills Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of ironstone rubble with a stone slate hipped valley roof. The north side has a four-window arrangement, with mostly renewed casement windows, and one first-floor sash window. A C20 door is set in a neo-Georgian style. The south front also has a four-window range, with casement windows, a large arched stairwell light to the left of the central door, and some windows featuring brick surrounds. The west end wall is constructed of chequered brick with a moulded stone plinth, and contains a two-window range of flush stone mullion windows; to the left, there are two windows above, and a three-light window with a matching C20 three-light window below.
