Description

The garden seat with portico, located at the far end of the western lawn from the Hall, is likely from the 19th century and constructed of ashlar, possibly reusing materials from an earlier building. The portico features an entablature and a triangular pediment supported by two Doric columns in antis. The pediment is adorned with two scallop-shell devices, and there is a Tudor-style window on each side. The Hall is part of a group that includes its terraces, walls, gatepiers, balustrades, two garden seats, and the wall surrounding the grounds.
