Description

The wall surrounding the grounds to the north, west, and south of the Hall is constructed of coursed rubble masonry and features ashlar coping with roll-moulding on top. It is attached to the west gatepier on Holt Road and rises in curved steps to a height of approximately 7 to 8 feet. The wall continues west down Mill Lane and returns east along Kingston Road. The Hall, along with its terraces, walls, gatepiers, balustrades, two garden seats, and the surrounding wall, forms a cohesive group.
