  1. Late C18. 3 storeys. Bath stone, painted white on ground floor, which has horizontal chamfered jointing, on raised plinth, painted black. The front is symmetrical except for window spacing on ground floor, and has flanking and slightly projecting bays, each bay has a pair of fluted Doric pilasters to upper part, standing on a moulded string at lst floor level. Moulded entablature and blocking course, broken forward over end bays. The 3 central bays in slightly recessed panel to upper part. 3 window to upper floors. On ground floor - pair of C19 shop windows in centre part, one of 2 lights and one of 4 lights, the lights are arched and divided by slender columns, the spandrels at angles and between lights carved with bunch of grapes. The detail of these windows is good. The flanking projections each have one door, the left hand one was a 2 panel studded house door, now converted to shop window, the right hand one is a glazed C19 shop door. Both have plain rectangular fanlights.
