Little Wishford Farmhouse

Little Wishford Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid-18th century, with a north range added around 1800, an entrance hall from about 1820, and a south wing with alterations from around 1850. The building is constructed of English bond brick and features a tiled roof with brick stacks.

The west front, which dates from the 1850s, is two stories high and has five windows. It includes central French windows and two-storey flanking ashlar bays with 4-pane and plate glass sashes. The first floor has three 4-pane sashes and a hipped dormer with a sash window. The left side of the building features a 16-pane sash window, a 20th-century casement, and a well-crafted six-panelled door with a moulded architrave to the left, along with 12-pane and 4-pane sashes on the first floor. Attached to the right side is a two-storey wing from the 1850s.

Inside, the farmhouse has chamfered beams with run-out and shaped stops, an open fireplace in the 18th-century range, early 19th-century stairs leading to the entrance hall, and a reeded fireplace surround from around 1820 in the 18th-century range.
