Description

This 18th-century milestone is located at the junction of the footpath from Great Cheverell and the lane to Coulston. It is made of stone and features a rounded top. The front of the milestone is inscribed with 'XVIII Miles from Sarum XVIII Bath', while the back reads 'To Imber 2½'.
