Description

No 12 is a house situated at right angles to the road, dating from the early 19th century, and may have a brick refacing of an earlier structure. It features a thatched roof and is two storeys high with two bays, along with a narrow service room at the rear. The house has a central porch, which is a 20th-century addition made of brick and thatch. The windows are paned with segmental shapes and segmental heads. There is a three-course vitrified brick plat band, and the rear wall was rebuilt in the 20th century to create first-floor accommodation. Gable stacks are also present.
