Description
No 30 is a house located on High Street in West Lavington, dating from the 17th century or early 18th century. The building is constructed of colourwashed stone faced in brick, with flush stone quoins and a thatched roof. It has two storeys and originally consists of two bays, with a third bay added to the right in the early 19th century. The entrance is centrally located in the original two-bay structure, featuring a six-panelled door that is now sheltered by a 20th-century canopy. The house has sixteen and twenty-paned sash windows. There is an external stack on the left side and a four-flue external stack in front of the fourth bay, which leads to a lean-to extension. At the rear, there is a two-storey weather-boarded extension.
