Description
This is an unidentified coffin tomb located approximately 3 meters north of the south wall of the churchyard of the Church of St Michael. It dates from the 17th century or earlier and is made of sandstone. The tomb features a shaped slab with steep sides that displays some bold lettering, although the essential details are not legible. The inscription begins with the words "SACRED to the Memory of..." in sharp profiled Roman lettering, which is characteristic of this type of monument.
