Description

This chest tomb, located about 10 yards south of the Church of St Michael, is possibly from the 17th century. It is made of sandstone and consists of two parts: a moulded base with spur-shaped corners and a cushion-like top, which is broken and likely replaces the original. This tomb is probably the oldest memorial in the churchyard.
