Description

The Wilson memorial is a chest tomb located immediately south of the chancel of the Church of St Michael. It is likely from the early 19th century and constructed from sandstone ashlar, raised on a brick plinth. The tomb features a moulded base and cornice, with a flat capping and shaped inscription panels. Unfortunately, the inscriptions have suffered significant erosion.
