Description
The Wilson tomb, located 3 metres east of the Church of St Andrew, is a box tomb dating from 1829. It is constructed of sandstone and features a top slab with a moulded edge and urn corner pilasters. The south side displays an oval cartouche with an inscription dedicated to Rev. George Wilson, who served as vicar of the parish for forty-four years. The other sides of the tomb have plain oval panels. This tomb is listed for its historic interest.
