Description

This is an unidentified chest tomb located in the churchyard about 9 meters south of the chancel of the Church of St. Michael. It dates from the early 18th century and is made of dressed stone. The tomb is oblong in shape and features a raised panel with a moulded edge on each face. The north and south sides have inscriptions that are now mostly decayed, while the west side displays emblems of mortality, and the east side is blank. The top of the tomb has a hipped slab that is moulded around the lower edge.
